Will I see you when you visit Idaho? Have a house in Hailey now.

oh Sue, congrats! That's wonderful! Personally, I've always preferred the south valley to SV. I hope you're loving it. Honestly, not sure how much time I'll have in WRV. Only there for a week and it looks like we're spending 4 days in Boise w/ the family for the holiday. And I haven't seen Tom since February. Can't believe our dogs are 14 1/2 years old - especially Athena who is 50 pds - that's old! So I want to spend as much time with them as possible. But I hope I'll be back in the spring when things aren't quite as rushed.

Beautiful, Jan. I haven't really had a place to land since my mother died in the very early 90's. I dream of my family home often, though...

Have a lovely Thanksgiving!

Losing our mothers is incredibly disorienting. Our moms are our very first home. I do love that you continue to dream of your family home. I hope those are good dreams. 🧡

A home to go back to ceased to exist when my mom died when I was 28. My own home is extremely important to me and I feel her welcome me whenever I walk through her doors.

I understand that completely, Kate. Mom is our very first home. I’d love that you’re home now is animated. If you had to describe her as a person, what would she look like, what would be her mannerisms, the pitch of her voice?
