OMG...so fun ~ I vote for a vintage soaking tub in the master bathroom or guest room (maybe where the bidet is for the view, lol! Also, in your bathroom you might be able to find an antique furniture piece that you could retrofit/reimagine with a sink and drawers/storage too. What an adventure! I vote for more videos too! :-)

Oh thank you for the dresser idea for the sink! I love that idea!! And I think we may have to lose the storage space behind this bathroom and use it instead for a shower... a bathtub would be fabulous though! And, as much as i love a bidet, I’m leaning towards a bum gun on the toilet (as I have now in Tulsa) just to free up some space.

Thanks, Peggy. I do think it’s funny that the place looks worse when I left, then when I arrived. But that’s because appearances is can be deceiving! How about the variety of geckos? 😆

My fireman dad would urge the removal of the bars on the downstairs windows and doors for fire safety. But maybe it’s a security thing. I like geckos. But we have a lot of skinks and anoles here. I think you made the selfy stick think look way easier that it probably is! I like your pergola idea.

Omg, the Italians do NOT think about safety like we do. There’s never a back door and the locks are all key locks even inside. It’s crazy!! Perhaps someday when I’m there full-time, I can get the bars taken off. Before then, I really want a lock that does not require a key on the inside! Even if I have to purchase it in the United States and bring it over. lol
