I would absolutely take Giuseppe’s advice on this one. I lived in Florida for a long time and know quite well what moisture can do and how hard it can be to fix.
Always, always go with the advice of someone that is familiar with the situation. It may not be what we want to hear, but probably what we need to hear.
I would NOT buy this house. Not ever, not even if I was given it free. I don’t think the damp and mold will ever go, and I suspect a host of other problems will surface later.
In the latin times, 17 was written like this: XVII. If you move the single elements, one of the possibile combinations is VIXI. VIXI in latin words means I lived. And if I lived, it means that now I am dead.
As for investing with me, that is kind of you. I’ve been told not to buy property in Italy as an investment- it may never make money. Only to buy what you love. ❤️🤍💚
You are a romantic, which tends to gloss over drawbacks. Moisture problems like that are a terrible deal breaker. Find a balcony, beautiful tile and a location in a better structure.
Definitely take Giuseppe's advice. I have a friend in Penne, Abruzzo who has damage from the neighboring house. She has a long legal problem to deal with it. And the owners are not a dozen distant heirs. You will find something else.

ugh! I think you're right. I wish you (and Giuseppe) weren't - but I think you are.

🙀 closest emoji I could find for a monkey covering her ears. Lol. You’re right!

Not even for free?? Rats. You’re right though. Don’t want any health problems that come with moisture, mold, and dampness!
Yes, those are horrible. You don’t need them.
Absolutely take Giuseppe's advice! And that was my grandfather's name, so double take his advice...
Well there you have it! If you can’t trust a grandfather, who can you trust? 😊
Trust Giuseppe. He knows.
If u need a little co-investor, I am ready to talk about it. In Italy, 17 is the unlocky number. If u r curious, I can explain the reason why
Yes I would like to know why 17 is unlucky!

Ah yes!

Yes, the word investment was wrong. I meant something else.
Moldy boots be bad for scootin'.
It’s fun going house-hunting with you (virtually)! Good thing Giuseppe was there 🔨
Yes, thank God for Giuseppe!

😆 You’re right on all counts!

Ah! Thank you, Christine! It’s good to have an example of a real situation- one that I definitely want to avoid!
Everyone has already said it but I would take the advice of a resident. I see the draw, though! Such potential.
So cute, right? Alas.
The truth is, it would be nice to have grass. Mazie is in for a huge shock if she can't run around on grass
